UI/UX Design
User-centred design that turns complexity into clarity.
Great interfaces are invisible — users simply accomplish what they came to do. We combine behavioural research, information architecture, and visual design to create digital experiences that are both beautiful and effortless. Our UI/UX process is iterative, evidence-based, and relentlessly focused on the end user.

Frequently asked questions
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We review the current site first and tell you whether it needs a redesign, a rebuild, or targeted fixes.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build on a content management system, so your team can update text, images and offers without a developer.
Where is your studio?
NSSF Plaza (Kaloleni), Mezzanine Floor, Plot No. 130–132, Block 21, Arusha, Tanzania. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
Do you only work with businesses in Arusha?
No. We are based in Arusha and work with clients across Tanzania and internationally, mostly remotely with calls and video meetings.
How do I get a quote?
Use the project planner for an estimate, or send us a message with what you need. We reply within one business day with a plan and a rough budget.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or card and online payment through Pesapal.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope — a brochure site and a booking platform are different pieces of work. Send us what you need and we will give you a timeline along with the quote.
Do you guarantee the work?
We keep revising within the agreed scope until you approve it.
Do you work with safari and tour operators?
Yes. Tourism is our main specialism: websites and systems for safari operators, lodges, camps and hotels, including the Gosheni Safaris platform rebuild.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2009.
