Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
Our website packages start at US$800 and go up to US$20,000 for a complete platform with branding and marketing. Every package price is published, and larger projects get a written quote.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. We build on a content management system, so your team can update text, images and offers without a developer.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer managed hosting and maintenance plans covering updates, backups and security checks.
Where is your studio?
NSSF Plaza (Kaloleni), Mezzanine Floor, Plot No. 130–132, Block 21, Arusha, Tanzania. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
Do you only work with businesses in Arusha?
No. We are based in Arusha and work with clients across Tanzania and internationally, mostly remotely with calls and video meetings.
How do I get a quote?
Use the project planner for an estimate, or send us a message with what you need. We reply within one business day with a plan and a rough budget.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or card and online payment through Pesapal.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope — a brochure site and a booking platform are different pieces of work. Send us what you need and we will give you a timeline along with the quote.
Do you guarantee the work?
We keep revising within the agreed scope until you approve it.
Do you work with safari and tour operators?
Yes. Tourism is our main specialism: websites and systems for safari operators, lodges, camps and hotels, including the Gosheni Safaris platform rebuild.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2009.
