- Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
- Absolutely. Many clients start with Dhahabu or Mawe and upgrade as their business grows. We credit your original investment toward the higher tier, so nothing is wasted.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the tier. Dhahabu Explorer takes about 3 weeks, while Serengeti Ruby can take 4 months. Every project starts with a clear timeline agreed during discovery.
- What is the payment structure?
- We typically work with 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For larger projects (Tembo and above), we offer milestone-based payments spread across the project timeline.
- Do you work with businesses outside Tanzania?
- Yes. We work worldwide. Our largest client base is in East Africa, but we serve businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
- Is the strategic session fee really deductible?
- Yes. If you book a strategic session and proceed with a project, the session fee is credited in full against your project investment. It is risk-free.
- What if I need something not listed here?
- The Uhuru Diamond tier exists for exactly this. We will scope a custom engagement tailored to your specific requirements. No templates, no limitations.
- What happens after the support period ends?
- You can continue with a monthly retainer for ongoing support, or we hand over everything and you manage independently. Either way, you own all your code and content.
